Return Policy:
The return of merchandise must be authorized in writing and the return shipment must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date. All returns must be unused and returned with its original packaging marked with a return authorization number that we will provide for you. Some items are subject to a restocking fee.

This design provides a firm connection for strap ends preventing the straps from releasing accidentally. A special internal braking mechanism insures that the strap returns slowly and safely so that posts are ideal for use even around children. The added safety features incorporated into Glaro's Extenda Barrier Posts are more expensive to produce and that is why our posts cost a little bit more than our competitor's.
